Can I build during the winter months?
How much does it cost per square feet?
Unfortunately, there isn’t an easy answer for this, since our homes are all custom-built. Each home is unique to a specific client, tastes, materials, and finishes. For this reason, prices vary.
Do I have to have a lot before a consultation?
No. Nearly 60% of our clients have a consultation prior to purchasing a lot.
Do I have to sell my current home first?
No. In fact, many clients wait to list their home until the construction phase is underway.
What does “Build Custom for Less” mean?
The Build Custom for Less program appeals to clients who want to be actively involved in the design and construction of their new home. To learn more about this program, give us a call!
Is there any warranty included?
Yes! We include a 10-year New Home Warranty through the Residential Warranty Corp.
In what areas do you build?
We build within a 100 mile radius of our home office located in Arnold, Missouri. However, our log home kits can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
Who handles the permits and inspections?
We apply for your building permit, and many of the subcontractors will arrange for their own inspections. We'll assist you in determining what and when inspections are necessary.
I want to add on to my existing home, does HomeSource do additions?
Although our primary focus is new home construction, we also handle existing home addition projects.
